Cheale is a pretty amazing woman. And, Fredy? Yea- I love him, too. When Cheale & Fredy get some time to themselves, they like to escape to Amelie’s French Bakery in NoDa for some late-night giggles and french pastries (that’s my kinda date!). So, only seemed fitting that we start their session at Amelie’s to escape the rain for a bit.Cheale & Fredy’s November wedding was intimate, love-filled, vintage, and FABULOUS. In all the busied days leading up to the wedding, we never actually got to take engagement pics of this adorable couple- so, we did a fun, Plaza Midwood, post-wedding session! And, err…um..it rained like, the WHOLE time. Rain didn’t stop these two from smiling, though! In fact, I’ve yet to see a time when Cheale ISN’T smiling. Still glowing from their wedding that just took place two days prior, the camera just ate these two up. So in love. So happy. So content. We then braved the rain for a short stroll around Plaza Midwood (and I may or may not have been drooling over the smell of fried pickles from my favorite dive in Charlotte, The Diamond the whole time. **NOT The Penguin. Why? Because I’m a loyal customer!). We stopped at some of our favorite spots until the rain had drenched us from head-to-toe.

Here’s some of my favorites from our time together. Enjoy!
